    Dear Nidhi,

Wow !! I tried this halwa, exact measurement and the description was easy to follow and exact.
This halwa tastes different than the other prasad halwas.
You are gifted with the power of exact measurements and delicious narrative, I’m happy to say, as I’m gifted with the power to burn all carbon based foods with little effort. your delightful stories and exact measurements saved me the half cup of ghee from burning off in my pot. I paid attention to “stir carefully” instructions and was rewarded with no-burn delicious halwa.
This is the 3rd recipe I’ve tried and 3- for- 3 now 🙂 I’m happy to say. I was first drawn in by super hit cake rusk, followed by the promising original Paneer makhani recipe and having enjoyed them both, was lured into making this halwa.
I was curious about this halwa- do you need to roast Suji before mixing with milk. I did mixed un-roasted suji with milk. its delicious.
my daugter asked me to teach her how to make this halwa -‘when she grows up’.
thank you so much for posting all your stories.
    more power to you.
    Kamal.

    • So glad that my winning streak continues :). Thank you for leaving such an awesome feedback. No, you don’t have to roast the suji before mixing with milk although it reduces your cooking time later if u roast it before. So glad that ur daughter liked it too :). Please keep trying my other recipes. Hopefully u will like them too.
